How does the kita search work?

We’ll have a conversation so I can understand your family’s kita needs, and answer any questions you have.
Complete contract and payment.
Based on a questionnaire you’ll answer, I’ll write a letter that introduces your family to the kitas, and prepare a kita list tailored to your preferences.
After you’ve approved the introduction letter and kita list, I’ll contact the kitas using an email I’ll open just for your kita search.
I’ll track all progress on a spreadsheet, fill out waitlists, follow up, and call kitas as necessary.
If desired, I’ll complete the kita gutschein application, and let you know what documents I need from you.
I’ll continue to work with you until we find a kita spot for your child(ren)!
